This shot is a project we did with some friends on our free time.
I was responsible of the environment modeling, texturing, lookdev, set dressing, and the character modeling, texturing, lookdev, and part of the blendshape sculpt. (Character's breakdown : https://www.artstation.com/artwork/bKkNak)
I modeled the environment in Maya and Zbrush, textured it in Subtance Painter, and rendered in Houdini Arnold.
I used Zbrush Decimation Master tool for the golden ornaments to get all the details of the modeling without bothering with heavy displacements.
Voldemort's rig was done by Aurelien Amilhastre, animation by Théophile Calloix, FX by Anatole Perrin, lighting and compositing by Jordan Placé.
